However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure a fair and hassle-free experience.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, along with clear photographs if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used food products.
- Products returned beyond the 3-day window.
- Items without original packaging or tamper-proof seal.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to your bank account or wallet. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be requested to share your bank details for refund processing.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible with your order ID.
